Shipping Policy

Digital Products

The game and digital art print are delivered by email within 24 hours of payment (most within the same day, sent via our daily fulfillment batch at 6 AM EST). The email contains a permanent link to your game and a download link for the digital file (where applicable). No shipping address is required for digital-only orders.

Physical Products

Physical prints (poster, canvas, framed print, trading card) ship from our US fulfillment partner. Shipping times vary by region:

• US (Domestic): 5–10 business days
• Canada: 7–14 business days
• UK / Europe: 10–21 business days
• Australia / NZ / Asia-Pacific: 14–28 business days
• MENA / Latin America / Caribbean: 14–28 business days
• India / South Asia / Africa: 21–35 business days (DHL/FedEx/USPS depending on region)

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and product. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their local government on physical shipments.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your physical print ships. Digital-only orders do not require shipping and have no tracking number.

Delays & Lost Packages

If your physical print does not arrive within the expected window above, contact info@readyplayeru.com. We'll work with the carrier to resolve. Lost packages confirmed by the carrier are eligible for a free replacement.
